Songwriter, musician, worship leader and clinician, Christopher Williams has a tremendous heart for God and lives to lead others into the enjoyment of God's presence! Those who know Christopher recognize the gift and anointing that God has placed on his life. He faithfully serves as Minister of Music at his home church, Cathedral Worship Center, for more than nine years under the awesome leadership of his pastors, Dr. Robert & Michelle Moore. His experience as a minstrel continues to develop as he values his relationship with God above all else. Additionally, Christopher has been graced with numerous opportunities to accompany some of the nations most renowned psalmists, ministers and evangelists such as Minister Jonathan Dunn, Tonya Baker, Elder Fred Graves, Dr. Juanita Bynum, Prophetess Janet Floyd and Prophetess Taketa Williams.
His musical ability, including his phenomenal songwriting and musicianship is a mere reflection of His personal walk with the Lord. Christopher humbly submits that, "If I wasn't a musician, I'd still be a worshiper!” His life scripture, Psalms 27:4 accurately mirrors his aim to please God.
While Christopher has not had any direct experiences with stroke, he had a terrible bout with asthma for all of his young adolescence years and was prohibited from participating in many recreational activities unlike his peers. Additionally, Christopher vividly recalls the many times he had to be rushed to the hospital due to asthma attacks. As a result of this, he is extremely grateful for the ease of breath and realizes that the ability to breathe without complication is not to be overlooked, as it reflects the very fragility of human existence in the eyes of God our Creator!
